ericsson invites you to join our team as a gcu key account manager - networks, a strategic role that combines commercial leadership with customer success. You will be responsible for driving profitable business growth by identifying new opportunities, leading sales engagements, and ensuring seamless collaboration between sales and operations. This position plays a key role in developing long-term customer partnerships while ensuring ericsson's business objectives are met.
what will you do:
* lead the core 3 team and manage end-to-end sales initiatives.
* develop both internal and external relations to actively contribute to making customers and ericsson successful.
* secure profitable business through proactive business development.
* build and strengthen trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
* oversee the full lifecycle of sales deals, including forecasting, delivery, and cash collection.
* ensure smooth transitions from sales to operations to drive customer success.
the skills and experience you bring:
* 7+ years of experience in telecom or technology, in roles such as domain sales management, key account management, or solution management.
* strong knowledge of the networks portfolio is mandatory. Knowledge of other ericsson portfolios such as core, transport, and oss is highly preferred.
* technical expertise: previous experience covering radio, core, transport, and oss.
* experience in service delivery, including roll-out, design & optimization, customer support, or managed services.
* strong commercial acumen, including pricing and contract negotiation.
* skills in business risk management, market analysis, consultative & insight selling, stakeholder management, and communication.
* a proactive mindset, situational agility, storytelling, and servant leadership qualities.
* advanced english proficiency (written and spoken) to collaborate effectively in a global environment.
