the purpose of this role is to develop and execute the firm's end-to-end marketing strategy, performance analysis, and optimization initiatives.

* duties include owning and executing the firm's full-funnel marketing strategy (digital, paid media, seo, tv, social, referral, and more).
* the incumbent will oversee multi-channel lead generation and branding efforts, ensuring measurable roi on all campaigns.
* management of external vendors, advertising partners, and agencies with strict performance oversight is required.
main responsibilities
intake, referrals & conversion management
* collaboration with intake leadership to improve conversion rates, responsiveness, and qualification processes is essential.
* the successful candidate will align marketing performance with intake kpis, leading a/b testing of scripts, routing, and response times.
* oversight of the implementation of lead scoring, attribution models, and intake workflows to maximize efficiency is necessary.
data & performance optimization
* the ideal candidate will build and maintain dashboards, kpis, and reporting systems across marketing and intake functions.
* use of marketing analytics and performance data to guide decision-making and optimize channel spend is crucial.
* the ability to identify and fix bottlenecks in the lead-to-case pipeline using real-time data is vital.
