responsibilities
* prepare and analyze financial activities such as variance analysis, forecasting, cash flow, and capital investment returns.
* point of contact for monthly forecasting, performance metrics, risk and opportunities.
* provide key insights and analysis to close target gaps and identify improvement actions.
* develop and enhance reporting and analytics to support organization-wide decision making.
* collaborate with finance colleagues to develop the annual operating plan, recurring forecast, and ad‑hoc requests.
* maintain strong relationships with fp&a, corporate finance, and internal stakeholders.
* participate in month‑end close with cost center analysis, journal entries, reconciliations, and ad‑hoc activities.
* analyze business development and monitor performance by unit/division/group.
* deliver capital analysis and prepare reports of findings and recommendations.
* develop operational specifications for financial information systems.
qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
* minimum 7 years experience in finance or advanced degree with minimum 5 years experience.
* strong analytical skills, financial modeling, and understanding of forecasting tools.
* experience with sap, essbase/hyperion, business objects, microsoft excel (advanced), powerpoint, word.
* strong business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders.
* excellent written and oral communication; translation of financial data to concise information.
* ability to work independently with limited oversight and manage conflicting priorities.
* experience with high‑matrix collaboration and project management.
* advanced english proficiency.
