detailed description of the project project objective
the objective of this project is to design, standardize, and enable a single, centralized payroll input channel that consolidates all payroll-related inputs across locations, business units, and stakeholders.

* managing multiple payroll input sources (emails, spreadsheets, forms, systems)
* dealing with inconsistent data formats and validation rules

* ensuring data quality while working under strict timelines and deadlines
main responsibilities and activities
* document current‐state (\"as‐is\") payroll input processes
* identify all payroll input types (e.g., hires, terminations, changes, time, bonuses, deductions)
* map stakeholders involved in input creation, validation, and approval
* define standardized payroll input categories and naming conventions
* establish common data fields and mandatory validation rules
* support the definition of global vs. local payroll inputs
* support requirements gathering for workflow, approvals, and tracking
* create clear process documentation and flow diagrams
* participate in testing of the centralized input process
