They will be responsible for conducting competitive channel research, developing channel plans, and managing regional dealer development and cooperation.
key responsibilities:
* conduct comprehensive market research and analyze competitor strategies.
* develop and implement effective channel plans to drive business growth.
* manage regional dealer development, including store construction execution and investor relationship maintenance.
* oversee channel operations, set store operation standards and systems, and improve store performance and efficiency.
* collaborate with headquarters to review and summarize phases to optimize channel management standards and processes.
* collect and analyze market dynamics in the region.
requirements:
* minimum 8 years of experience in channel development for leading oems or new energy vehicle companies.
* possess established resources among auto agents and distributor groups in the mexican market.
* proven skills in dealer communication and management.
* fluent in english and spanish.
* comfortable working in cross-cultural environments.
* willingness to travel to china on short business trips.
