te's talent acquisition teams evaluate te's ability to recruit and select desired employees and develop, implement, and monitor the programs and processes used in recruitment and selection. They source, recruit, screen, interview, and recommend external and/or internal candidates to staff open requisitions. They also utilize the services of employment agencies and/or place employment ads in appropriate sources, including the intranet, internet, and print media.
the teams are responsible for developing and implementing recruiting plans, administering talent management efforts and employee referral programs, managing the resume tracking system, and ensuring a consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns.

• is a proven recruiter with experience managing high requisition volumes at either a fast-paced agency or within a large corporation
• is experienced in creating an effective recruitment strategy, including sourcing passive candidates through networking, internal referrals, linkedin, seo/sem optimization, and job posting practices
• has the ability to quickly screen and identify top-level talent across various functions
• is a strong influencer and can effectively communicate and build relationships across all levels of the organization
• shows accountability by measuring performance via hiring metrics
• works with the highest degree of professionalism while maintaining a competitive spirit
• is a driving force in building functional pipelines, developing recruitment approaches, and internal partnerships
• understands business cycles and partners with local hr managers to anticipate future hiring needs
qualifications
• bachelor’s degree preferred
• minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience
• proficient in english
• demonstrated ability to execute recruiting strategies, including candidate management and interview process management
• success in consulting and managing key stakeholders during the full recruitment lifecycle
• self-directed with a high level of initiative and a strong work ethic
• strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
• knowledge of current recruiting trends and best practices
• ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• strong client focus with the ability to support hiring managers at all levels
