about the role: as an investment analyst you will play a key role in supporting the company's growth and financial performance through the evaluation of investment and debt raising opportunities, as well as investor relations, working alongside the management team.
responsibilities:
* evaluate investment opportunities and support deal executions.
* develop and maintain detailed financial models and portfolio performance analyses.
* assist in the preparation of quarterly investor reports and other investor relations communications.
* support the fundraising process by preparing materials for lenders and investors, coordinating due diligence, and tracking deliverables.
* collaborate with internal teams to monitor portfolio performance, identify risks, and support strategic decision-making.
qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in finance, engineering, actuarial sciences or a related field.
* 1–3 years of working experience, preferably in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate finance.
* solid understanding of financial statements, corporate finance, and valuation.
* advanced proficiency in excel, powerpoint, and word.
* strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* excellent written and verbal communication skills in both english and spanish.
