Jr investigator
as a jr investigator, you will be part of a dynamic team, investigating allegations related to alleged breaches of the code of ethics and conduct and company policies. This includes cases of alleged discrimination, harassment, retaliation, financial and/or anti-corruption and regulatory compliance matters, among others. As well as other administrative tasks.
key responsibilities
1. you will execute internal investigations of allegations contrary to the code of ethics and conduct, from their reception to their completion, with strict adherence to the investigative methodology and confidentiality.
2. you will execute interviews with employees from all levels and areas of the company.
3. you will prepare investigation reports, based on verifiable evidence.
4. you will report new allegations that are discovered during investigations.
5. you will prepare executive summaries and provide relevant updates on the investigations.
6. you will provide training in internal investigations for other areas within the organization.
7. you will assist in the implementation, promotion and monitoring of the code of ethics and conduct for the company, suppliers and subcontractors.
8. you will contribute to the identification of root causes, patterns and trends of inappropriate behavior, irregularities and violations of the code of ethics and conduct.
9. assist in all activities relevant to the compliance function.
requirements
1. experience: more than 5 years executing internal corporate investigations in allegations of the code of ethics and conduct, such as fraud, conflict of interest and anti-corruption, among others.
2. degree and license in: law, accounting and/or finance, psychology or other related disciplines.
3. certifications: cfe or other professional certifications in the field are desirable.
4. advanced english, c1 (with proof of certification).
5. availability to travel.
