As we modernize and streamline our property management and accounting processes, we are seeking a yardi implementation specialist to lead the successful configuration, integration, and optimization of yardi voyager and related modules for our operations.
key responsibilities
implementation & configuration
* lead end-to-end implementation of yardi voyager (and applicable modules such as construction manager, debt manager, and deal manager).
* collaborate with internal stakeholders (asset management, property management, leasing, accounting, and development teams) to map workflows and configure yardi to fit the company’s operational needs.
training & support
* provide ongoing support during and after implementation to ensure smooth adoption and optimization.
* develop and deliver tailored training programs and user guides for internal teams.
* serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting issues and coordinating with yardi support when needed.
data & reporting
* oversee data migration and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial, leasing, and operational records.
* build custom dashboards and reporting templates for executive leadership and operational teams.
* audit processes and recommend system improvements to increase efficiency.
qualifications
required
* 3+ years of yardi voyager implementation and administration experience (real estate development or property management environment preferred).
* strong knowledge of real estate accounting principles, lease administration, and property operations.
* experience with data migration, api integrations, and system optimization.
* excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
* strong communication skills for training and stakeholder collaboration.
* proficient in english – both written and spoken.
preferred
· experience with mixed-use or retail-heavy portfolios.
· familiarity with yardi modules such as job cost, construction management, or budgeting & forecasting.
· experience with sql, power bi, or other reporting tools for advanced analytics.
