i work for freudenberg home and cleaning solutions as a category supply chain manager. I have contributed to more than 20 new product launches over the last three years in the laundry care category in emea and the americas. Each launch is unique, and it is inspiring to see a close-knit team bring a product to market.
supply chains can be disrupted unexpectedly. I stay alert for potential warning signs. My career has required me to navigate environmental risks, geopolitical uncertainties, health crises, and conflicts to maintain supply. Adaptability and flexibility are crucial, as is developing a strong risk management strategy.
my efforts have been recognized, leading to a promotion to a supply chain management role, where i lead our plant supply chain team after just three years. I successfully managed a major crisis involving a supply disruption with our ukrainian supplier, which was a global challenge requiring a solution and human connection.
