About the role:this position involves reviewing and preparing loan documentation to ensure compliance with relevant standards. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with loan originators, borrowers, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and timely loan closings.key responsibilities:review new loan files within 48 hours of receipt to verify compliance documents are issued on time.maintain a pipeline of active loan files, managing tasks and deadlines effectively.order and verify all necessary documents required for loan submission.track and review requested documents in encompass within 24 hours of receipt.identify and escalate any discrepancies or missing documentation to the appropriate team members.prepare and organize loan packages for underwriting submission.address and clear underwriting conditions or suspense items.ensure closing documentation is accurate and complete.submit files to the closing department upon reaching 'clear to close' milestone.collaborate with brokers, loan officers, underwriters, and closing department to ensure timely progression of files.process new residential mortgage loans including fha, va, conventional, purchase, and refinance.issue compliance disclosures in accordance with federal and state regulations.ensure all loan files meet company policies, investor guidelines, and regulatory requirements.maintain accurate records and update loan status within encompass.perform fraud guard data entry and analysis.provide ongoing support to customers, responding to inquiries and assisting with post-closing conditions.requirements:high school diploma or bachelor's degree (in progress).valid travel visa and availability to travel to the united states as needed.previous experience in the u.s. mortgage or real estate industry is desirable.detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.customer service focus with the ability to work independently and within a team.what we offer:competitive base salaryfull law benefitspunctuality and attendance bonus of $2200 mxn tax freeexcellence bonus of $1000 mxn tax freeprivate minor medical insurance
