The field sales supervisor is an intermediate position responsible for leading a team to deliver sales and customer support activities in coordination with the consumer sales team. The role aims to ensure seamless support services to citi clients and help the team meet sales targets.
responsibilities:
* train team members, monitor work quality and quantity, and provide performance feedback.
* track data such as submissions, logins, bookings, and disbursal numbers to meet targets.
* acquire new clients through outbound calling supported by tele-callers and micromarketing activities.
* handle clients from sourcing to first point of contact for concerns or questions.
* analyze client needs and identify opportunities for new products and services.
* conduct meetings with clients, vendors, and channels, and perform revenue optimization activities.
* provide training and support to sales executives and tele-callers.
* organize marketing activities to generate leads and new business.
* perform initial risk analysis to ensure compliance with citi’s policies.
* assess risks in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, safeguarding citi’s reputation, and maintaining ethical standards. Supervise activities and ensure accountability among team members.
qualifications:
* 0-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial sales.
* knowledge of financial regulations and mortgage transactions.
* understanding of compliance, guidelines, and regulations.
* strong written and verbal communication skills.
* effective problem-solving and negotiation skills.
* ability to communicate across teams.
education:
* bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
