Warehouse operations lead
we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our warehouse operations, overseeing the efficient distribution of high-value agricultural products nationwide.
main responsibilities:
* supervise and optimize all warehouse processes to ensure seamless execution and compliance with company policies and safety standards.
* design and implement inventory control systems to minimize waste and ensure accurate counts, maximizing stock availability and reducing shortages.
* analyze expenses and apply efficiency measures to manage operational budgeting, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost reduction.
* coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries, collaborating closely with procurement and fleet teams.
* develop and enforce safety standards, ensuring environmental health & safety policy compliance and leading regular training sessions to promote a culture of safety awareness.
* promote adoption of warehouse management technologies (wms, rfid, barcoding) to enhance productivity and service quality.
* apply lean methodology and best practices to improve warehouse efficiency and customer satisfaction.
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
* warehouse management certification.
* at least 5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics management.
* advanced conversational english skills.
* proficiency in microsoft office, wms, and erp.
