your impact
* develop and optimize the cost and pricing structure for spare parts, ensuring profitability and continuous updates.
* measure and improve departmental performance using kpis and strategic reports.
* develop statistical analyses of market research to identify trends and support business decisions.
* provide after-sales marketing support to distributors (e-commerce, campaigns, loyalty programs).
* ensure the implementation and compliance of established control tools and processes.
your experience and qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
* minimum of 4 years of experience, with strong knowledge of pricing, marketing, e-commerce, digital marketing, and customer service.
* proficiency in microsoft office (excel, power point, outlook); experience with sap and google tools (analytics, ads, merchant center) is a plus.
* strong knowledge of social media platforms, particularly facebook and instagram.
* advanced english and a proactive, analytical, and business-oriented mindset.
