Responsibilities
* we are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support the factory manager in coordinating production planning, purchasing, product development, and supplier relationship management. This role serves as a key operational support position, helping ensure production runs smoothly while driving continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing process.
* the ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of balancing administrative coordination with hands‑on problem solving in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
* assist the factory manager with production scheduling and workflow coordination.
* monitor production timelines and adjust schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
* coordinate with operations, purchasing, and sales teams to align production priorities.
* maintain accurate production records, schedules, and reports.
* manage purchasing of raw materials, components, and production supplies.
* monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
* evaluate suppliers for pricing, quality, and delivery performance.
* track orders and resolve supply chain issues that may impact production.
* coordinate development of new products from concept through production launch.
* work with engineering, production, and external vendors to develop prototypes and production‑ready designs.
* maintain documentation for product specifications, materials, and processes.
* assist in cost analysis and feasibility assessments for new products.
* serve as a key point of contact for suppliers and external manufacturing partners.
* maintain strong supplier relationships to support quality, reliability, and cost management.
* coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners.
qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering,
* 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or production planning.
* strong organizational and project management skills.
* excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
* experience working with suppliers, purchasing systems, or erp/mrp systems preferred.
* ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
* strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
