Your next challenge
reporting to the performance marketing manager from the digital marketing latam north spoke, and supporting mexico, colombia and panama pluxees's operations, you will have the following challenges:
- create and maintain the needed ecosystem architecture and websites’ internal structures.-
- fuel content production with relevant ideas from search queries research and competition watch & make sure existing content gaps are filled.- ensure that all websites in the ecosystem are kept along time technically optimized.-
- manage tools related to seo as required- document processes, architecture of local digital marketing ecosystem and data flows - if any -related to seo (with support of it if needed)- monitor health indicators and analyze performance indicators as underlying components of overall marketing and business objectives. Report progress.- research and monitor competitors’ activity/progress and performance- based on performance & competitive analysis, iterate with global expert to adapt & optimize the action plan. Proactively identify bugs or issues and provide successful resolutions.- keep abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends- manage the seo budget, if any.- in case an external agency is hired to support seo activities: provide clear direction; analyze & validate proposed action plan; control execution and performance; reprioritize tasks and deliverables as needed.
You will be collaborating closely with:
- global seo expert- other multi-country cluster seo specialists- other specialists within digital marketing team. For example: content and website management specialist, paid digital media specialist, social media & influencer marketing specialist- mexico, colombia and panama's product and communication teams.
You’re a match:
bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Master’s degree in desirable.- 5 years of work experience in the field of digital marketing with at least 2 years of experience as seo specialist, defining, planning, and implementing an seo strategy, ideally in a multi-stakeholder context (clients, merchants, consumers).- track record in bringing seo to the next level of performance, with expertise managing both b2c and b2b digital marketing scenarios.- experienced in e-commerce, saas, tech or retail companies (big plus).- proven experience building website positioning through seo strategies is mandatory,- comfortable with linking your efforts to producing quality mqls and ecommerce orders and to meeting revenue targets.- experienced leading end to end digital marketing projects.-
