At one call, we're looking for an it recruiter to join our team in monterrey and help us grow our technical talent pipeline with curiosity, creativity, and heart.
What you'll do:
as our it recruiter, you'll play a key role in building strong tech teams.
You will:
manage the full recruitment lifecycle for it roles (from intake to offer).
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical needs and team culture.
Source top-tier candidates through linkedin, networks, communities, and creative strategies.
Screen resumes and conduct engaging initial interviews.
Coordinate technical interviews with internal teams.
Keep candidates informed and ensure a smooth, positive experience.
Maintain our ats updated and help optimize our recruiting processes.

Love talking to people and building relationships.
Feel comfortable discussing tech roles (even if you're not an engineer!).
Enjoy fast-paced environments where every day looks a little different.
Can balance multiple roles, tasks, and conversations in parallel.
Combine organization with a friendly, human touch.
What we're looking for:
2–4 years of experience in it recruiting or technical talent acquisition.
Experience using ats tools, linkedin recruiter, or boolean search is a plus.
Strong communication skills in english and spanish.
