* you will be responsible for partnering with healthcare groups to design, develop, and maintain integrations that let their ai assistant plug seamlessly into each customer's tech ecosystem - ehrs, practice‐management systems, voice systems, data warehouses, and more.

responsibilities:

1. discovery & solution design. Lead technical scoping calls with customer engineers and it teams to map data sources, security requirements, and success criteria.
">
2. translate business workflows into detailed integration specifications - rest apis, webhooks, or event streams.
">
3. integration development. Build robust python components and data pipelines that connect to ehr (fhir/hl7), crm, voice systems, and third-party scheduling systems.
">
4. write clean, testable code with strong logging, monitoring, and graceful error handling.
">
5. customer enablement & support. Act as the primary technical contact during implementation and lifelong account support for integration-related questions or incidents.
">
6. deliver hands-on troubleshooting, performance tuning, and incremental feature enhancements.
">
7. documentation & knowledge sharing. Produce clear api guides, sequence diagrams, and sample scripts to accelerate future projects and empower customer teams.
">
8. share patterns and reusable modules with internal engineers to expand our integration library.
">
9. gather feedback from real-world deployments to influence product roadmap and core platform capabilities.
">
10. automate repeatable tasks (data mappings, validation tests, deployment templates) to shorten time-to-value.

qualifications, skills, and key competencies:

1. must-haves
">

1. proven track record building python services or data-integration pipelines in production environments.
">
2. experience working directly with external customers or partners - leading technical discussions, gathering requirements, and explaining trade-offs.

3. solid grasp of restful apis, webhooks, and authentication standards.
">
4. ability to read and write basic sql; familiarity with postgres or comparable relational databases.
">
5. excellent written and verbal communication - able to translate between clinical, business, and engineering stakeholders.
