* 10+ years of experience in quality, r&d, and production roles, with a proven track record of implementing quality programs in food manufacturing facilities.
* fluent in english and spanish; basic proficiency in portuguese is desirable.
* deep understanding of food regulatory compliance, manufacturing processes, and industry-standard quality management systems.
* strong focus on results delivery with the ability to identify, communicate, and mitigate risks.
* excellent networking and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive decisions.
