We're looking for a business partner with strong analytical and critical thinking skills who has a positive mindset, effective communication skills, and strong business acumen.
1. Bachelor’s Degree or Master of Business Administration – Finance/Accounting or Other Areas (., Engineering, Purchasing, Supply Chain).
2. Experience with internal control and auditing concepts not required – training opportunities will be provided to all Internal Audit members.
3. Mandatory fluent English (spoken, written), for meetings with other auditors and clients from all regions.
4. Ability to work effectively in teams and be a partner with audit clients.
5. Effective communication, both verbally and in written form to a variety of stakeholders.
6. Wide breadth of business knowledge and strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
7. Working in unfamiliar and unconstructed environments.
8. Ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritize each one accordingly.
9. Business Intelligence (BI) and Data analytics knowledge (Alteryx, PowerBI and Qlik).
10. Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive).
11. Design Thinking mindset.
12. CIA, IAP, CISA or similar certification is a plus.
