Trivelta builds the technology that powers modern, social-first gaming experiences. Through our proprietary sportsbook and casino engine, we enable partners to launch their own fully branded, legally compliant gaming products — combining real social interactions, predictive gameplay, and casino entertainment in one unified experience.

headquartered in boston with operations in monterrey, barcelona, and atlanta, we’re scaling rapidly and building a team passionate about redefining how people play, socialize and connect with each other.

we’re looking for a talent acquisition specialist to join our monterrey, mexico office and play a critical role in building out our teams. In the near term, the priority is to scale our customer service operation from a handful of employees by more than 10x. At the same time, this role will support the regional recruitment efforts for our global software development organization, helping to identify, attract and onboard top technical talent. This is a high-impact position requiring speed, creativity, and strong coordination skills to keep pace with our rapid growth.


responsibilities

* recruitment & job marketing: drive sourcing strategies, post jobs on the right channels, and build strong candidate pipelines to hire customer support representatives at scale.
* candidate management: screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience.
* onboarding coordination: partner with local leadership to organize onboarding sessions, orientation schedules, and new hire paperwork for large incoming classes.
* hiring process management: maintain accurate candidate records in greenhouse (our ats), track progress against hiring targets, and report regularly to leadership.
* collaboration: work closely with hr, operations, and customer support managers in monterrey and the u.s. to ensure smooth scaling of the support team.


qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in recruiting, hr, or talent acquisition, ideally in high-volume hiring environments (call centers, bpos, customer service operations).
* strong knowledge of local monterrey job boards, resume banks, and recruiting channels.
* ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously and stay organized in a fast-moving startup.
* excellent communication skills in english and spanish — written and spoken.
* comfortable coordinating across teams, managing onboarding logistics, and supporting both candidates and hiring managers.
* experience with ats platforms (greenhouse a plus).

this position is onsite at our monterrey, mexico office.
