we are a fortune 10 client, seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end change control board (ccb) process for people solutions technologies.
this role is part of the people solutions (hr) digital demand & governance team within the tech strategy & enterprise solutions function of our strategy & transformation (s&t) organization. The team ensures hr solutions are evaluated against existing technologies and coordinated with key stakeholders.
the digital demand & governance (dd&g) team manages demand intake and prioritization across the entire people solutions tech portfolio, collaborating with global process owners (gpos) and tech product owners to assess new technologies, ensure alignment with global strategy, and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
responsibilities – your impact
as a sector it sr analyst, your responsibilities include:
* leading and managing the end-to-end change control board (ccb) process for people solutions technologies.
* organizing and facilitating weekly ccb meetings, including agenda setting, meeting documentation, and follow-ups.
* ensuring all changes are fit-for-purpose and aligned with global hr tech strategy.
* driving automation efforts to streamline processes and reduce manual tasks.
* maintaining and managing servicenow user groups and tickets to ensure proper access, permissions, and sla support.
* collaborating with technology leads, system architects, and others to ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and compliant with governance standards.
qualifications
education & experience:
* bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
* 5-8 years of it experience.
technical skills:
* strong documentation and project management experience.
* proficiency in microsoft o365 tools (sharepoint, teams, powerapps, azure devops).
* experience working with data flow diagrams.
* familiarity with technology project lifecycle, deployments, and change management.
* experience with servicenow or sap successfactors (preferred but not required).
soft skills:
* strategic thinking and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
* strong organizational skills; able to handle multiple timelines and priorities.
* self-motivated, creative, and proactive with leadership experience.
* solid understanding of hr and it technologies.
