- assist the hr team to design and produce creative materials,
- propose and implement new ideas and concepts to add value to internal communication,
- ensure on-brand communication,
- contribute to promote and strengthen the company's image both internally and externally,
- create and maintain graphics for social media and specific websites.
*work experience requirements*:
- 1+ year of relevant experience in graphic design or multimedia design, or related fields
- excellent design
- excellent grammar and good writing
- advanced skills in adobe cc suite (photoshop and illustrator)
- advanced skills in microsoft office (word and powerpoint)
- experience in content creation
- keen interest in social media and digital platforms
- fluent in english, both oral and written
- design portfolio review required (must)
*desirable requirements*: (not mandatory)
- internal communication experience
- intermediate notion of photography, video creation, will be a definite advantage
*academic requirements*:
- bachelor's degree focused on design or a related field.
