Performs and tracks sample receipt, management of reagents and supplies, and general housekeeping. Tests samples of finished goods under limited supervision. Participates in implementation of risk mitigations and continuous improvement projects with limited supervision. Follows formal escalation processes to ensure visibility of risks associated with product quality, regulatory compliance, and quality systems. Uses data to identify risks and improvement opportunities, and implements risk mitigations and process improvements with limited support. in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, procedures, and guidelines, this position:
* verifies that the assigned operators perform the certification process according to the training procedure.
* coordinates the execution of the grading plan of his/her assigned area, crossed by area.
* provides administrative support to the department (clerical activities).
* performs orientation for new employees.
* performs audits to files to verify proper documentation.
* monitors certification matrixes of each area.
* trains operators in the training process for operative personnel.
* manages and maintains training curricula of direct operative personnel.
* manages and maintains the training physical record.
* provides maintenance to the training electronic system (compliance wire).
* supports training for new products as required.
* participates in development or implementation of new product processes.
* conducts and coordinates training when required.
* represents employees regarding mexican labor regulations.
* supports training during audits.
* reports training metrics.
* maintains communication with manufacturing teams.
* provides training to trainers.
* ensures document updates are managed properly.
* participates in manufacturing meetings.

qualifications / requirements:
experience and education
* at least technical career, high school, or truncated professional career (preferably).

* knowledge of good manufacturing and documentation practices, preferably in the medical industry.
* good communication skills (oral and written).
* basic knowledge of gmp/iso 13485:2003.
* knowledge of training systems (preferably).
* presentation skills.
* basic computer skills (excel, powerpoint, word).
* preferably familiar with measuring tools.
* knowledge of failure analysis (preferably).
