We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and bilingual executive assistant to provide top-tier administrative support to our leadership team. This is a fully remote role for a dynamic, fast-paced organization, where the ideal candidate will bring a strong background in crm systems, marketing, and social media platforms like tiktok and meta. The role requires an organized individual with excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a creative mindset to assist with marketing strategies and administrative tasks.
responsibilities:
* provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and email correspondence.
* serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executive team.
* assist with the creation, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns on platforms such as tiktok, meta (facebook and instagram), and other relevant social media channels.
* manage crm systems to organize leads, contacts, and campaigns effectively.
* conduct market research and provide insights to support business and marketing strategies.
* draft reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
* coordinate travel arrangements and handle expense reports.
* work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and deadlines are met.
* provide bilingual communication support (english and [second language, e.g., spanish]) to serve a diverse audience.
* perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
qualifications:
* bilingual proficiency: fluency in english and [specify second language, e.g., spanish].
* proven experience as an executive assistant, virtual assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
* strong understanding of crm systems (e.g., salesforce, hubspot) and their applications in business and marketing.
* knowledge and experience with marketing strategies and tools, specifically tiktok and meta platforms.
* exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
* excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* tech-savvy with proficiency in microsoft office suite, google workspace, and social media management tools.
* ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
