About the role
the sales and distribution business systems analyst will collaborate with business users to deliver support and continuous improvement of sales and distribution systems. This involves managing sap enhancement requests, reviewing new functional business requirements, and consulting with business process owners to identify, define, and document business needs and objectives.
* manage all sap enhancement requests from business partners, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
* coordinate and review new functional business requirements to determine their impact on the production sap environment, guaranteeing a secure and stable system.
* consult with business process owners to gather insights into business needs, define objectives, and document key performance indicators.
* work closely with business partners and it leadership to prioritize enhancement requests based on strategic objectives.
* provide day-to-day sap support and maintenance for the production environment, including proactive system monitoring and troubleshooting.
a successful candidate will possess 6+ years of experience in sap otc/s&d as a consultant, strong expertise in idoc processes and batch job management, and knowledge of sap-afs/sap retail or sap fms.
