currently, we recognize over 50,000 skus and process more than 20 million photos every month.
we are developing a high-load saas system built on a microservices architecture, which contains complex algorithms and ai.
we are currently looking for a *product manager* to strengthen our product department team.
*responsibilities*:
- build a jtbd map for clients in latin america.
- assist clients in achieving business results through the use of ailet products.
- conduct field visits with clients for ux testing and to clarify work specifics.
- communicate with clients to clarify requirements (cust dev, jtbd).
- transfer requirements to development/design/marketing teams (user stories, customer journey, task setting).
- monitor the achievement of business results based on development outcomes, transfer results to support/implementation teams, gather feedback from clients.
- provide consultations to testing/support/development teams on product functionalities.
- maintain documentation related to business analysis, improve expertise, and expand the product knowledge base.
- analyze trends and competitors.
*requirements*:
- at least 3 years of experience as a product manager.
- strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- empathy, team collaboration skills, and strong communication skills.
- ability to break down complex processes/algorithms into understandable steps/iterations and describe the results.
- deep understanding and experience with customer development and jtbd (jobs to be done).
- ability to conduct ux testing.
- proficiency in prototyping and working with flowcharts.
- understanding of the software product development cycle, experience with task trackers (jira, youtrack, or similar).
- english at b2 level, fluency in spanish, portuguese is a plus.
- independence and self-sufficiency.
*will be a plus*:
- knowledge of analytics tools (google analytics, amplitude, mixpanel).
- knowledge and experience working with product metrics.
- knowledge of sql/python at the level of script writing.
- experience with building bi solutions.
