We are looking for a dedicated manufacturing engineer to join our team for rollers and multitech assembly line, to provide support and confirm products that satisfy customer requirements. You will work closely with all areas that support these mrp´s to analyze and solve issues. As manufacturing engineer, you will have different responsibilities on production floor and administrative tasks, in time.

tasks and qualifications:
what you will do in this role:
you will have multiple production floor activities, using prescribed guidelines and policies which:
5. define, update and implement manufacturing process
6. build and update process flow chart, amef, visual aids, work instructions ad a controlled document, to be implemented on the production floor.
7. design and implement poka yokes, fixtures, tools required on assembly lines, for defined manufacturing process, considering ergonomic for operators.
8. analyze assembly line capacities to verify customer happiness with requirements.
9. analyze and define manufacturing routings to provide information to routings engineer to be loaded in sap.
10. develop ci projects in assembly line, focus on optimize kpi´s.
11. follow up on capa activities assigned, to be followed and closed on time.
12. assembly lay out update on master lay out, according to last production implementation.
13. follow up eh&s policies and procedures.
14. work with indirect purchasing to quote any required purchase, register expense and follow up to payment process for open po´s.
15. build design issue report to be fixed and implement improvements on the production floor.
16. participate on scheduled trainings.
