*key responsibilities*:
- lead the end-to-end product management lifecycle for our selection application tool set.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define product vision and roadmap.
- gather and prioritize product requirements through stakeholder interviews, user feedback, and market research.
- develop user stories and acceptance criteria to guide product development.
- monitor product performance and gather user feedback to continuously improve functionality and user experience.
- ensure products are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.
- communicate product status and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep the product competitive.
- work with stakeholders on fiscal year planning including it investments.
- own the creation of capital appropriation requests, approvals and communication
- assist stakeholders in building out business cases to secure it advancement investments.
*qualifications*:
- bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or related field.
- proven experience as a product manager in the it sector, preferably with sales and or configure price and quoting applications.
- strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile environments.
- excellent analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- excellent written and oral, english communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- familiarity with project management tools (e.g., jira, trello) and product analytics tools.
