- guarantee the satisfaction of the external client.
- ensure compliance with the specific requirements of each client.
- coordinate product and process releases.
- know and comply with the quality management system.
- manage follow-up to close internal and external claims (quality alert, containment, clean point).
- verify and monitor performance of inspection stations.

- experience in a similar position leading teams on a mfg (staff development).
- previous experience on a quality environment
- availability to travel.
