*offer*:
- receive, install, configure and manage software and shop floor computer equipment.
maintain the operation of equipment and systems to ensure quality of service and customer satisfaction
- maintain safeguard and take care of the computer equipment of the shop floor area and software under its control including warehouse.
- provide hardware and software first level support for the shop floor areas by solving the tickets that customers raise in the current ticketing system.
in case the ticket requires next level support, contact the vendor to fix the failure or reassign the ticket in case that help is needed from local it responsable or to escalate it to correspondent group for next level of support.
- maintain updated inventories of shopfloor and warehouse software and computer equipment.
- comply with and follow all the instructions and tasks assigned by your immediate boss in all your areas of responsibility.
- reporting to the immediate manager all incidents that occurred in the shop floor area that could affect the operation.
- act in immediate remediation in situations of incidents, emergencies or when there are incidents of information security that compromise the infrastructure or degrade its level of service or reliability.
- standarization or remediation of shop floor computers according with the it policies including cybersecurity policy.
- ensure, create, maintain and schedule image backups in the shop floor and warehouse equipments
- manage access and permission of users according with cybersecurity policy
- ensure the compliance of policies, rules and continental governance measures related to shopfloor and warehouse equipment and systems.
