Involves performing a variety of on-site customer service duties to support efficient preparation of packaging, loading, and transporting customer shipments to u.s. domestic fedex origination location from international locations. Responds to customer needs including product, service, and shipping information, and identifies problems and resolutions to ensure quality customer service.

under general supervision, performs the following activities:
* provides on-site customer support by answering inquiries regarding shipping, products, and services, ensuring responsiveness to all needs, issues, and requirements.
* prepares labeling for all packages that will be ground-shipped to u.s. Fedex locations for distribution.
* coordinates loading of shipments at the customer’s location to meet shipping schedules and requirements.
* performs other duties as assigned.
minimum requirements:
education:
* high school degree or equivalent.
* proficiency in english (600 toeic points).
experience:
* previous experience in customer service and familiarity with fedex products and services preferred.
* experience working in a fast-paced environment preferred.
skills:
* excellent human relations and organizational skills required.
* basic pc skills required.
* flexibility to work different shifts required.
