we are seeking a talented individual to join our marketing team at marsh. This role will be based in mexico city. It is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office.
the digital marketing center of excellence team is looking for an outstanding digital content specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of creative and passionate professionals as we build a best-in-class digital b2b customer experience.
key responsibilities:
* manage incoming content from stakeholders, ensuring adherence to web best practices, brand tone, voice, and digital content strategy.
* create engaging and relevant web pages in our cms to enhance user interaction with marsh mclennan.
* review web pages for seo optimization using platforms like semrush and google search console.
* analyze web/mobile/app metrics, report kpis, and provide insights to stakeholders, including suggestions for user/content testing.
* conduct a/b testing using platforms like adobe target to determine the best-performing webpage versions.
* support qa processes and test web content to optimize website performance and user experience.
* diagnose and fix website issues, including broken links, typos, and formatting errors, using tools like siteimprove and adobe analytics.
* collaborate with internal and external teams on website projects, including wireframes, site capabilities, and content.
qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in marketing or it.
* 2-3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
* experience with cms platforms.
* knowledge of ux design principles.
* proficiency with digital tools including google analytics, adwords, webmaster tools, tag manager, and seo platforms like siteimprove and semrush.
* proficiency in advanced english.
