seeking: administrative/hr assistant
*job summary*:
the administrative hr assistant is responsible for supporting both human resources and general administrative operations.
this role assists in key hr processes such as recruitment, employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination, while also ensuring the smooth functioning of daily office logistics and internal events.
the position plays a vital role in maintaining efficient organizational workflows and supporting company leadership
*qualifications and skills*:
- bachelor's degree in administration, business, organizational psychology or a related field.
- at least 2-3 years of experience in administrative or hr support roles.
- familiarity with hr procedures and local labor-related tasks (attendance, leave, payroll).
- proficiency in microsoft office (word and excel).
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- excellent communication and coordination skills.
- advanced english.
*key responsibilities*:
- hr support: assist with recruitment coordination, employee relations, personnel file management, attendance, leave tracking, and payroll support.
- administrative support: help manage office logistics, administrative supplies, meeting room arrangements, and facility-related matters.
- event coordination: support the planning and execution of internal and external company activities and events.
- other duties: carry out additional tasks assigned by company leadership.

- work schedule: monday to friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., with a lunch break from 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
