As the head of business development, you will spearhead facility partnerships, client retention initiatives, and high-value lead generation, while ensuring every process is streamlined, every inefficiency is eliminated, and every decision is data-driven.
*key responsibilities*
growth strategy & market expansion (data-driven approach):
- develop and execute a data-backed business development roadmap to increase partnerships and referrals.
- identify new facility partnerships with medical providers, body shops, towing services, and insurance agencies to enhance service offerings.
Strategic partnerships & referral management:
- oversee cold calling efforts, introducing partnership opportunities to medical facilities, repair shops, and towing companies.
- drive process improvements. ensure that every referral is efficiently tracked and converted.
- manage collision repair referral processes while automating tracking in filevine.
Leadership, efficiency, & process optimization:
- lead and mentor a high-performing business development team.
- build automated dashboards to track team performance
- establish performance benchmarks and kpis based on real-time data.
Client retention & loyalty programs (tech & data-optimized):
- design and execute data-driven client engagement programs.
- track client sentiment and feedback through automated surveys, using ai-based sentiment analysis tools.
Performance analytics & reporting:
- oversee filevine tracking and documentation, ensuring accurate, real-time reporting on referrals, lead conversions, and partner interactions.
- track kpis and optimize business development performance.
- generate weekly and monthly reports with clear data-backed insights and actionable process improvements.
Experiência y requisitos
*qualifications & skills*:
- 10+ years of experience in business development, revenue growth, or strategic partnerships, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- master of data & reporting—you love analyzing, tracking, and optimizing business development metrics.
- tech-driven & automation-focused—you understand crm systems, ai-based recruitment tools, and automation platforms to improve efficiency.
