human resources generalist
responsibilities
* administrative support: offer administrative support to various hr functions, employees, and managers, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
* payroll management: facilitate, monitor, and ensure quality throughout the payroll cycle(s), guaranteeing accurate and timely payroll processing.
* hr systems maintenance: maintain and update various hr systems, ensuring the highest data quality.
* document preparation: prepare contracts, employee letters, and legal documents, ensuring compliance and professionalism.
* time-tracking and attendance: monitor relevant time-tracking and attendance systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance.
* employee guidance: serve as a resource and point of contact for employees, providing support and guidance.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in relevant field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience
* specified years of industry-relevant professional experience
* relevant certifications, system experience, and training
* professional-level english language skills preferred
* communication & collaboration: communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
* value for customers: anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers' needs and expectations. Develops solutions based on a customer centric approach.
