the main activities but not limited to are described below:
support and monitoring the scheduled activities related with front desk.
answer and coordinates calls, (answer and direct incoming calls, identify the reason for the
call, provide correct information and direct to the corresponding area).
locker's assignments and control, record of data base of this activity.
preparation of non-po´s.
manage items and spaces necessary for the proper functioning of the office, ensure that
support requests are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
ensure office bill payment, blink / dhl messaging service,
ensures ucb operational compliance to the highest professional standards
control & coordinate the access from internal/external to corporate offices.
support the balance of open travel expenses in internal ucb´s platform for 3 directors
experience
minimum 2 years' experience in front desk activities
experience on pharmaceutical business is preferred
demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communications in spanish
basic command of english
demonstrated service-oriented skills

demonstrated strength in service-oriented
negotiation (basic)
initiative – able to operate with minimal supervision but know when to consult/inform a
senior manager
availability to work: monday to thursday 8:00am- 5:30pm
friday 8:00am to 2:00pm
