responsibilities
as a scrum master, you will act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using agile methodologies. Your responsibilities will include:
* facilitates scrum ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring they are productive and on time.
* serves the development team by removing obstacles, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring the team can focus on delivering value without distractions.
* coach the scrum team and the broader organization on agile practices and the scrum framework, helping to foster continuous improvement and adherence to agile principles.
* identify and removes impediments that might slow down the team, ensuring that productivity remains high.
* ensure the scrum process is understood and followed by the team and stakeholders.
* work closely with the product owner to ensure there is clarity on product backlog items and priorities, facilitating a smooth flow of communication.
* be responsible for identifying and reporting progress via appropriate metrics.
