* booking engagements: research and identify potential opportunities for clients, including performances, speaking engagements, tours, appearances, and more.
* contract negotiation: negotiate terms, fees, and other contract details to ensure favorable conditions for the client.
* schedule management: coordinate and manage travel and accommodations.
* client relationship management: build and maintain strong relationships with client and key industry stakeholders such as vendors.
* financial management: oversee financial aspects of bookings, including payments, deposits, and ensuring vendors are paid in a timely manner.
