* .negotiate and establish high-quality slas with internal and external it suppliers
* .promote close collaboration with business analysts and cross-functional business teams to gather functional and non-functional requirements
* .work closely with third-party vendors, including software providers, implementation partners, and consultants
* .oversee the design of solution architectures that meet the needs of end users and business partners
* .lead and manage teams of solution architects and engineers in the design and construction of it solutions
