Applications without a portfolio won’t be reviewed.ResponsibilitiesDesign high-performing assets for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and web: static ads, carousels, thumbnails, landing visuals, email graphics.Edit UGC-style short videos (Reels/TikTok/Shorts): hooks, punchy pacing, captions/subs, on-screen text, CTAs, multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9).Create motion graphics (light animations, kinetic type, simple transitions).Repurpose content across formats and channels; maintain brand consistency.Prep clean deliverables + source files (organized layers, export kits).Requirements3+ years in design + editing for D2C/e-commerce or performance creative.Strong portfolio showing UGC edits and ad-ready static/motion work.Tools: Adobe CC (Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere/After Effects) or Figma + CapCut/Resolve equivalent.Fluent English (C1+) and Spanish; clear written comms.Based in LATAM.
