about the team / role
we are looking for a key account manager to focus on national and international food industry brands. The role works closely with the business strategy team to reach growth potential and maximize coverage of key accounts. In the long term, this person will interact with senior client groups to support business growth based on sales activities and strategic promotion tools.
responsibilities
* managing a portfolio of key restaurant accounts with the goal of increasing sales volume, revenue, and profitability through strategic planning supported by data analysis.
* retaining and managing key business partners by supporting their revenue growth.
* maintaining regular contact with partners to build strong, long‑lasting relationships.
* maximizing the potential of the brands within your portfolio.
* planning, reviewing, adapting, and executing the annual, quarterly, and monthly plans in collaboration with the strategy team to align with brand and platform promotions and sales activities.
* providing insightful, constructive solutions to drive the growth of key accounts.
* leading and coaching a team of junior key account specialists.
* negotiating and creating promotions and campaigns with top restaurant chains, collaborating with the marketing team and other departments in development and execution.
* implementing and tracking metrics to assess the success and quality of the restaurants.
qualifications
* business fluency in english.
* strong negotiation skills to achieve win‑win collaboration with stakeholders.
* solid commercial background with a focus on account management; strong connections in the industry are a plus.
* strong strategic & analytical skills with experience influencing decisions based on data.
* social versatility; adaptable to different cultures and organizational levels.
