as a
sr customer experience specialist
here at honeywell, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer interactions and driving customer satisfaction focused in order entry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer-centric strategies, optimize the end-to-end customer journey, and enhance the overall customer experience.
you will report directly to our customer experience manager and you'll work out of our san luis potosi location on a hybrid work schedule.
in this role, you will impact the organization by improving customer satisfaction and loyalty, driving business growth, and contributing to our reputation as a customer-centric organization.
key responsibilities
* provide support to the teams in the back office administrative office and represent the additional interface with internal clients as well as external ones when necessary
* work as part of the team, involved in processes from one end to the other, and contribute to the team's results.

* 2+ years' experience in a customer services or related field.
* strong organizational skills.
* experience working in a customer-facing role.
* good knowledge of salesforce applications.
* good knowledge of oracle erp application.
