a snapshot of your day
professional responsible for leading, implementing, and maintaining the quality management system, ensuring compliance with established standards and regulations (such as iso 9001). They oversee auditing, continuous improvement, and quality control processes, ensuring operational efficiency. They also analyze and manage costs arising from internal and external nonconformities, identifying opportunities for improvement to reduce financial losses and increase customer satisfaction. Their comprehensive approach contributes to optimizing processes, preventing errors, and consolidating a quality‐oriented organizational culture.
how you'll make an impact
- ensure continuity and compliance with iso certifications (9001, 27001, 17025), including lapem, asme, and nb certifications.
- non‐conformance cost leader and report of quality kpis to drive performance improvements.
- oversee document control and maintain adherence to global regulations and standards.
- coordinate and lead internal and external audits as a certified lead auditor, including management review meetings.
- deliver quality system training and promote continuous improvement initiatives (capa & 8d).
- manage product safety reporting and ensure compliance with all relevant quality and safety requirements.
what you bring
- education: industrial engineering
- professional experience: 5+ years in management systems
- technical knowledge: lead auditor for iso 9001, 27001, 17025 standards (preferably 14001, 45001, 50001)
- experience implementing/maintaining management systems
- languages: advanced english
- skills/competencies: interdepartmental relationships, teamwork, decision‐making, assertive communication, working under pressure, committed to safety, proactive, responsible
