quality specialist
role and responsibilities: in your position as quality specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the proper execution of the company quality management system in mexico, ensuring compliance with gmp, gdp, and nom-059-ssa1 guidelines. Reporting to the quality manager, you will collaborate on key activities related to document quality, gxp record control and maintenance, support for training processes, and monitoring change controls, deviations, and capas using quality systems. You will participate in updating and managing sops and work instructions, support complaint processes and basic quality metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally with regional teams, using intermediate conversational english. The role requires flexibility to serve as backup within the team, openness to learn new activities as the operation evolves, and a focus on stability and development within the quality area. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in regulated environments is required.
who you are
* licenciatura en farmacia, química, ciencias de la vida o carrera afín
* experiencia previa en industria regulada (farmacéutica, cosméticos o alimentos)
* conocimientos básicos de sistemas de calidad, documentación gxp y nom-059
* nociones de control de cambios, desviaciones y capas
* familiaridad con sistemas eqms (trackwise, veeva u otros) es deseable
* inglés intermedio conversacional
* buenas habilidades de comunicación y actitud abierta al aprendizaje
* interés en desarrollarte y permanecer a largo plazo dentro del área de calidad
