Function sales location cd mx summary the national sales manager for self service stores is responsible for leading the overall business relationship with walmart, chedraui, soriana and regional accounts across all banners, formats and omnichannel to maximize hershey's growth, ensure category leadership, and deliver profitable and sustainable results. Major duties / responsibilities lead and nurture the strategic relationship with top customers, serving as the primary point of contact at the national level. Develop and execute customer strategies that maximize growth and deliver profitable results. Collaborate with multifunctional teams (sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, rgm, and category management) to drive joint business planning, flawless execution, and strategic alignment with key customers. Conduct joint business planning with internal and external key stakeholders. Negotiate annual agreements, terms, trade investments and promotional calendars to ensure mutual growth. Field execution with perfect store standards and commercial excellence. Manage performance on main kpis (sell‑in, sell‑out, doh, wmape) and optimize trade‑spend roi. Develop omnichannel strategic agenda to accelerate hershey's online presence and growth. Leverage technology to measure kpis and translate insights into actions.
