*role description*
this is a full-time, hybrid commercial executive role located in monterrey, nl. The role involves following up with prospective and existing clients, managing customer service and commercial activities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts. While the role's location is based in monterrey, there is flexibility for some work from home.
*qualifications*
- commercial management skills, including experience in sales strategies, contract negotiations, and customer acquisition
- consultative selling experience in b2b solutions, with a focus on creating long-term, mutually-beneficial business relationships
- excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
- customer service skills, including the ability to understand the customer's needs and support their experience
- ability to follow up and organize tasks, including scheduling meetings and tracking project progress
- experience working with a crm system and microsoft office suite
- fluency in spanish and english
- experience in the energy industry or a related field is a plus
- bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, finance, or related field
