What you'll do
manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organised and fully functional work environment
handle supplier relationships, service contracts, and facility needs
support onboarding logistics for new team members
coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and expense reporting
manage office inventory, procurement, and equipment controlassist with internal communications, scheduling, and document management
act as the point of contact for building management and external vendors
support senior leadership with administrative and operational demands as required
what we’re looking for
1+ year of experience in administrative, office management, or operations roles
organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
proactive mindset - you anticipate what's needed and act before being asked
clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal
conversational english required - will be evaluated
proficiency in standard office tools (google workspace / microsoft 365)
discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive or confidential information
