You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.responsibilities
develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
Drive new business development by identifying opportunities, promoting products, and generating leads through visits, exhibitions, and market research.
Conduct competitive benchmarking and analyze market trends to strengthen sales strategies and maintain a leading market position.
Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and price quotations within the crm system.
Represent the company in industry exhibitions and customer visits to understand needs, promote tailored solutions, and gather valuable insights.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues, optimize processes, and ensure timely follow-up on key matters.
Provide regular sales performance reports and ensure alignment with company goals and growth plans.
Manage key national accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.qualifications
bachelor’s degree in business, food science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
10+ years of relevant sales experience within the food industry, ideally with colors and/or ingredients.
Proven experience developing and opening business with multinational companies in the food sector.
Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with a collaborative mindset.
Proficient in microsoft office (outlook, excel, word, powerpoint, etc.).
Advanced english (both written and spoken).
