*bachelor’s degree in engineering strongly preferred*(electrical, electro-mechanical, electronics, software, systems, mechatronics or similar).
- 5+ years of experience as *product development engineer*, purchasing lead, project manager or similar in the automotive industry.
- demonstrate *technical knowledge in vehicle’s exterior and interior systems*.
- *product development processes knowledge*:milestones and deliverables, program timing, interaction with suppliers, knowledge of typical supplier & oem responsibilities.
- proficiency in data management.
- demonstrated history of driving agile transformation in a costing environment.
- exceptional communication (oral & written), facilitation, team building, conflict resolution and collaboration skills in cross-functional, diverse environments. Able to work independently and as a team member.
- experience implementing advanced agile approaches utilizing data analytics and the use of ai to help modernize and improve efficiency.
